Job Description / Responsibility
  • To conduct and monitor day to day work of Walton Service Point.
  • To ensure the best after sales service support and customer complaints are dealt within the structured time frame.
  • To manage and monitor the activities of the employees/staffs of the responsible service point.
  • Developing relations with customers and external stakeholders.
  • To collect customer feedback and technical feedback & reporting to central service head quarter.
  • To monitor spare parts store and daily accounts.

    Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 year(s)

  • Age 28 to 35 year(s)

  • Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
  • Must have to experience on motorcycle driving.
