Role Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to develop appropriate product, create awareness and demand and build superior sales capability so that the organization can have consistent revenue growth and deliver revenue objectives.
Job Responsibility
Develop sales and customer management strategy to drive sales and revenue growth as planned
Build and develop a high performing sales team through proper recruitment, appropriate training, regular coaching and engagement
Develop appropriate product for different consumer segment. Work with GP product team to develop superior product offering.
Manage pricing to drive business growth
Build and develop a superior perception about the brand and service offering through smartly managing the touch points
Develop communication strategy and drive consumer communication to ensure right and consistent message and build superior image of the offering. Work with GP communication team in developing right strategy
Build appropriate consumer insights and develop a database of target consumers 
Build and maintain relationship with key customers through regular contact and visits
Coordinate with network team to ensure network plan is properly synched market development plan
Coordinate with customer contact team to ensure better consumer understanding and superior service
Achieve short term and long term revenue and solutions based targets as per business plan
Education and Experience requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business
Experience:
10-12 year experience
Strong sales background with good exposure in DTD sales and brand development/management
Experience in ISP/internet business
Special Skill
Very good expertise in contract negotiation and negotiation management
Proven sales results for major customers                        
Proven good experience with challenging interaction situations
Good experience and ability to handle complex issues in sales
Broad experience in strategic customer development
Proven good experience to lead large team
