Job Description / Responsibility
  • Communicate effectively and positively with producers regularly
  • Managing producers' information through personal file, database and software.
  • Conduct Producer enrollment, transfer, reactivation and cancellation related activities.
  • Develop and implement techniques and initiatives for Producer Awareness and Development.
  • Organizing various forums for producers to participate in decision making processes.
  • Handling producers' grievance related issues with sensitivity
  • Acting as producers' advocate whenever required.
  • Acting as intermediary between departmental disagreements in order to come to a solution.
  • Analyze overall producers' status and coordinate findings with respective departments.

Educational Requirements
  • MBA/ BBA from any reputed university
  • Diploma in Social Compliance will be given preference.
  • 3rd division/ Class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Compliance
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments
Additional Job Requirements
  • Age At most 35 year(s)
    • Must have excellent people management, presentation, communication decision making and problem solving skills
