- Communicate effectively and positively with producers regularly
- Managing producers' information through personal file, database and software.
- Conduct Producer enrollment, transfer, reactivation and cancellation related activities.
- Develop and implement techniques and initiatives for Producer Awareness and Development.
- Organizing various forums for producers to participate in decision making processes.
- Handling producers' grievance related issues with sensitivity
- Acting as producers' advocate whenever required.
- Acting as intermediary between departmental disagreements in order to come to a solution.
- Analyze overall producers' status and coordinate findings with respective departments.

Educational Requirements
- MBA/ BBA from any reputed university
- Diploma in Social Compliance will be given preference.
- 3rd division/ Class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 year(s)
