Job Description / Responsibility
- To control, Monitor, Supervise and time to time report to key management on Financial and accounting aspects.
- Setting up of internal control standards.
- Control over the compliance of the company's practice with internal rules and standards.
- Preparation/ cheeking of monthly managerial reports.
- Solving the issues of financial reporting,taxation and audit.
- Comunication with regional and head offices of the company.
- Preparation of other reports on request of the regional and head offices of the company.
- Validate each material purchase order with incoming sales order and present stock.
- Recommended for optimum level of Inventory and Coordinate physical inventory counts
- Maintain job order costing for all garments accessories in-house production.
- Calculate actual landed cost for each imported material consignment with price variance.
- Compare actual raw material consumption with standard and variance analysis.
- Close monitoring of actual factory expenses as per budget and variance analysis.
- Keeping accounting records for the entry.
- Report on Margins by job order, product line, Breakeven Point by product line,cost centers, and factories.
- Prepare annul factory budget by product-line with break-even point.
- To assign any job as desired by management of the company.

- CA, CC with Masters in Business discipline,
- CA PE-1/ Knowledge level completed with get preference.
