Job Description / Responsibility
- Should have minimum 03 years experience in the similar position. The incumbent should -
- a) Well versed in Bangladesh Labour Law - 2006 and should have sufficient knowledge on employment of workers, Minimum Wages - determination, Payment of Wages, Industrial Dispute & Settlement and Workers Welfare.
- b) Shall able to administer a garments factory with 30 lines and 4000/5000 workers along with 100/150 supervisory stuff.
- c) To ensure safely security of the industrial installation including supervisor of the security personnel.
- d) Shall maintain liason with law enforcing authority including respective Police Station, Industrial Police, RAB, Joint Director of Labour, Chief Inspector of Factories and all other government autonomous and non-garments organization.

- Masters in any discipline.
- PGDHRM (BIM) & MBA (HRM) degree holder will get preference

- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
