Major Responsibilities
Prepare and validate different renovation project requirements based on management approval
Prepare and finalize tentative BoQ for different projects consulting with all related stakeholders under supervision of line manager
Execute all relevant projects on time. Keep records of all project related data. Prepare and share project related reports. Monitor project progress and escalate issues as when required
Ensure all works are done as per agreement and BoQ. Monitor work progress and escalate as and when required to ensure quality of work. Perform performance evaluation and provide feedback to procurement accordingly
Follow up vendor for timely submission of bills. Check vendors’ invoices and verify them against agreed BoQ. Process and follow-up bill processing to ensure timely payment of bills and resolve disputes within SLA
Required Academic Qualifications
BSc in Civil Engineering or other engineering discipline with relevant experience
Required Experience
3-4 years of experience in handling renovation and construction projects
Required Knowledge & Skills
Sound knowledge of renovation and construction project management
Good people management skill
Basic understanding of Govt. Legislation & Policies regarding land & Infrastructure
Good understanding of budgeting and cost estimation
Sound knowledge on operating AutoCAD for 2D layout designing
