Major Responsibilities
Lead CBM insights and analytics team and Develop CBM Strategies, Road maps covering Customer Retention, churn prevention, revenue enhancement & Cross / Up Sell initiatives.
Application of Analytical Models for development of Campaign and offers for subscribers in different behavioral, demographic and revenue segments.( e.g Behavioral Segmentation, Revenue Segmentation, Social Network Analysis, Churn Prediction Modeling, Product Affinity Analysis, Next Best Offer/Action Models).
Implementation of Geo Spatial Intelligence for 360 degree view of subscriber base for both fixed and wireless subscribers.
Develop banglalink end –end customers lifecycle management initiatives and implementations to enhance customers retention and reduce churn
Designed appropriate Up-sell/ Cross-sell promotions while understanding the real necessity of our customers which will make them delightful, improve their loyalty and also help to increase revenue
Design of various models, churn reports, dashboards with the collaboration of Business Intelligence.
Developed Campaign Engagement program for New Customer & Re-joiners
Managing one contact policy and all the BTL Channels of Communication e.g. SMS broadcast, emails, IVR, USSD & outbound calls related to Consumer Marketing Dept.
Develop the requirement of CBM capabilities and roadmap to drive increasing capability over the long run in coordination with IT and Technical team
Monitor customer value based segments movement and plan for revenue enhancement
Manage and maintain communication flows and offer plan for new and old customers with coordination marketing product teams
Identify right segments of new & old customers and immediate act when usage drop and start inactivity
Analyze pre and post project launching data with accuracy and provide necessary findings to fulfill the requirements of the project
Required Academic Qualifications
MBA with major in Finance is preferred
Required Experience
7-8 years’ total experience in telecom industry with 4-5 years’ relevant experience in CBM/CVM and Business Intelligence
