Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure development and implementation of HR policies, compliance and procedure to support and companies? Business objectives in accordance with legal perspective and cost control in respective administrative activities.
- Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc.
- To implement all labor laws and to deal with personnel and labor matters.
- To apply modern management methods and techniques for efficient management for the Corporation and the Enterprise through efficient personnel management.
- To ensure discipline in the Group. Ensure proper disciplinary action as per company disciplinary procedures.
- Resolve technical conflicts that have a legal or financial impact on the company?s assets, proactively and in consultation with Director / Managing Director.
- Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative, compliance and other departments. Check, recommend & approved (as applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely.
- Responsible for establishing, liaising, coordinating and implementing all utility services, certifying of bill preventing misuse of electricity and protecting interest of the company efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor, evaluate and develop operating budgets relating to Administration and Compliance within the department, expenditures for entire administrative and compliance operation in a cost effective manner.
- Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
- Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
- Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
- Applicant must be have above GM position.

Educational Requirements
- MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 year(s)

- Whole group implement HR policy with ERP software.
- Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
- Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
- Good inter-personal & communication skills.
- Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
