Job Description / Responsibility
- Reliance Brokerage Services Ltd. (RBSL) is looking for a competent, professional Chief Executive Officer on contract basis
- Direct and administer operational activities of RBSL in accordance with policies, rules and internal objectives.
- Exposure in all areas of brokerage and merchant banking operations.
- Manage operations of Brokerage House and merchant banking independently.

- MBA/MBM/Honors & Master in Finance/Accounting/Management having no 3rd class/division in any examination.

- Leadership to build and drive a cross functional result oriented team.
- In depth knowledge in finance & stock market analysis and investments to ensure significant growth to RBSL.
- Knowledgeable on rules, regulations, laws, by-laws, ordinance, reporting, and compliance of regulatory authorities related to this field.
- Ability to market business products and capacity for good housekeeping.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office operations and software generally used in brokerage houses and merchant banking operations.
- Age At most 50 year(s)
- Minimum 12 years experience in related field.
