Major Responsibilities
Design and propose channel plan and operational guideline for their operation in line with company goals
Design channel plan for new product or service launched by Banglalink
Coordinate and follow-up with relevant departments to implement channel plans for the company; Ensure optimum channel penetration by designing and implementing channel optimization plan
Coordinate and follow-up with relevant departments to implement channel rewards structures to strengthen trade satisfaction
Design channel promotion (national or region specific) by gathering information on market intelligence (competition activities) and market trends
Collect and provide necessary information to evaluate channel performance
Conduct regular & tactical retail surveys and share findings
Monitor and guide the distribution and trade insight back office support team
Required Academic Qualifications
Business Graduate on Marketing
Required Experience
4 to 5 years overall inclusive 3 years minimum relevant experience
Required Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding and through knowledge of market environment & its dynamics.
Sound understanding of distribution channels/networks
Basic knowledge of MS Office suit
