Job Responsibility
The Key responsibilities of the Credit risk:
  • Provide customer data to agency for profiling as per agreed SLA
  • Reviewing the verified data and setting up the credit limit & review the credit in a timely manner
  • Define commission structure and ensure agency commission for particular invoices
  • Improvement of operational process automation & business process reengineering
  • Analysis of risk factors and recommend corrective measure
  • Preparation of the credit rating model, reviewing the model and its implementation
The Key responsibilities of the Collections operation:
  • Contact & negotiate with the postpaid customers regarding the collection/recovery from barred/deactivated/suspended connections through phone call and/or physical visit
  • Motivate the barred and deactivate customers to pay and unbar/reconnect to bring back in the revenue stream
  • Negotiate the payment terms & types with the customer
  • Maintain call report, maintain records in related systems
  • Follow up & provide necessary payment options to unbar/reconnect the barred and deactivate customers
  • Involve customer service for customer issue resolution regarding any customer complaint. Compiles summary of key information and date of targeted customers each communication, records (Letters, E-mails, Reports, RVC, SMS and Customer feedback) is submitted in collection management database for future reference and follow up
  • Agency management of the Consumer collections
Education and Experience requirements
Education: 
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
Experience:
  • Experience in the related field preferred
  • Expert in Ms. Excel
Special Skill
  • Communication skill
  • Analytical Ability
  • Knowledge in Computer Applications
