Job Description / Responsibility
- Arrange necessary sample Hand set support to QC as per requirement
- Maintain & preserve the QC required sticker products as per SLA
- Keep the record & provide the necessary report on an agreed frequency
- Receive faulty spare parts and tools from customer care & reconciliation
- Exchange handset receive, delivery & reconciliation
- Make sure faulty PCBA & other SP availability at service warehouse & ensure delivery to L4 as per requirement
- Ensure the 100% stock accuracy for faulty stock (CC return) and maintain the proper record accordingly
- Prepare & maintain necessary monthly report (receive/delivery, stock) for physical reconciliation of the faulty HS/SP/tool inventory.
- Follow up & monitor daily product transportation activity, co-ordinate with courier service to ensure on time delivery.
