Role Overview
Ensuring the timely alignments, follow-up reporting, coordination & execution of the planned CLM activities to achieve assigned circle’s targets.
Job Responsibility
Implement and monitor usage enhancement strategy and program
Drive customer retention plans with short term and long term strategy
Develop a revenue enhancement plan and deliver KPIs to achieve business objective within defined segment for retention of target customers
Ensure budgeted revenues are met from existing customer base and ensure realization of budgeted retention numbers
Generate and circulate the monthly Churn, Retention and Customer Lifecycle Management
Leading VLR vs MOU modeling method
Launching various subscriber usage, recharge & GA (acquisition) and engagement programs
Responsible for Subscriber Segmentation spread across customer life cycle journey
Devising RIGHT campaigns for the segments
Ensuring execution by taking all necessary approvals & configuration in systems
Evaluating all campaigns and developing future insights
Education and Experience requirements
Education:
Graduate from a reputed University, preferably with an MBA
Experience:
At least 6-7 years of Product, Pricing and CLM working experience
Working experience with pricing conjoint and segmentation study will be preferred
Strong knowledge about Chittagong & Camilla market will be preferred
Customer service, campaign management tools, CRM, knowhow of IT-Technology
Specialization in targeted CLM activities/micro campaign/One-2-One communication campaign management and execution
