Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for HR Adviser, Plastic Manufacturing Industry (Retired or Near Retirement from reputed MNC)
- Conducting job evaluations.
- Work to improve management structure efficiency.
- Strategic partner, Change Management, Employee Advocate.
- Set departmental KPI.
- Create and reviewing company policies and procedures, ready for management approval.
- Ensuring that all employee records remain up to date and legally cover the company.
- Taking notes/acting as a witness at investigatory/disciplinary meetings.
- Organizing, planning, undertaking and overseeing company training courses.
- Create a disciplinary action process.
- Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants.
- Advising mangers on recruitment and selection strategy.
- Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff and management.
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes.
- Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data.
- Advising on staff development.
- Contributing to the standardizing of HR Process and activity.
- Consulting on issues related to workplace relations and performance management.
- Create an Environment of continuous Improvement using Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.

Educational Requirements
- MBA in HRM flexible for highly experienced personal.
- Candidate will have to provide contact number and timing of 4 previous reporting bosses (Mandatory).
Experience Requirements
- At least 20 year(s)

Factory HR Administration, General HR, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
