- Should have 2-6 years' experience with a reputed medium sized or large manufacturing company.
- The person should be good at facts and figures.
- Should be a graduate from any stream with good academics. PG qualification (MBA/ MSW) in HR mandatory.
- Should be enthusiastic with the right attitude, Responsive & communicative.
- Good communication skill
- Good knowledge in MS-Excel.
- The person should be a self-starter with "can do" attitude with good spoken & written skills, with good conceptual clarity & people skills.
- Responsibilities :
- Monitoring housekeeping
- Administrative issues at company
- Order, issue, maintain stock of Stationery
- Assist in Payroll processing
- Preparation of different MIS
- Assist in preparing documents for Appraisals, Training & development, Exit process, Final Settlements & Statutory Settlements etc.
- To implement & institutionalize core HR initiatives related to Compensation and benefits, People Processes across the center.
- In addition to the above, he would play a crucial role in maintaining cordial Employee Relations.
- Should have experience in Compliance.
