Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist to develop Aarong's retail operational strategy and implement retail business plan to achieve yearly target.
- Generate ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy, maintain up to date knowledge/standard of the market place, competitors and trends.
- Ensure best customer experiences at outlets by developing, leading and motivating team members
- Liaison with other departments to ensure effective support for the outlets.
- Maintain operational communications with the outlets and take decisions on matters relating to the day to day operations.
- Monitor outlet operating expenses against plan, conduct outlet audits to assess individual outlet performance and prepare report to take corrective actions.
- Coordinate and maintain outlet inventory management through proper channels.
- Compile monthly report on outlet operational issues, conversion report, staff discount, average sales per ticket, and customer complaints proposing corrective actions.
- Work with HR department to initiate staff development for future requirements.

Educational Requirements
- Masters in Operations Management or in a closely related subject from any recognized university.
- 3rd division/ Class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.
