Job Description / Responsibility
- To manage and handle all the activities relating to project works.
- To ensure effective coordination among customers, vendors and all employees under all aspects of project
- Ability to engage functional partners (Projectfacilities, Operations, Training, Reporting, Quality Control, Legal, Regulatory etc.) to effectively accomplish on each project.
- Responsible for managing all phases of a project from inception to completion including proposal preparation, implementation and coordination of resources (Budget, Manpower- both internal and external, Technical systems, necessary tools etc.), quality assurance and ultimate performance of the project.
- Responsible for managing complex telecommunication networks system installations, swapping and upgrades.
- To prepare project management document, Project schedule and creates estimate of time lines for scheduled tasks, monitors and reports progress of multi project.
- Supervises assigned staffincluding: establishing and communicating performance expectations, provides positive and constructive feedback, conducts performance reviews and determines training and development needs and terminating decisions.
- Assist with reporting and monthly close process for the management team.

Educational Requirements
- B.Sc Engineering in CSE/ ETE/ EEE/ ECE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 05 (Five) years in Telecommunication field and at least 02 (Two) years as a Project Manager.
- Project coordinating and evaluating the work of personnel engaged in the multi-project environment with changing priorities.
- Preparation of budget and cost estimates to determine necessary funding for assigned area budget through projections. Analyze and interpret financial data to determine and project budget needs and risk factors.
- Manages relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure equipment and services procured and installed meet requirements and specifications.
- Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, MS Excel and E-mail etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill in both English and Bengali.
